How to update billing information & see invoices
Learn how to update billing information like credit-card number, billing address and access your past invoices
You can access your billing portal where you can:
- Enter and/or update your credit card information. Please note this page is PCI-certified and your payment information is transferred and stored in encrypted form. See more about the security standards here.
- Update your billing address. This address will be used for invoices.
- Access list of past invoices
- Manage your plan (coming soon)
To access billing portal just click on the profile icon on the bottom-left of your screen:
and select “Manage” next to your organisation name:
On the billing portal you will be able to enter your billing and payment information and see past invoices.
