Boolean / Checkboxes Scoring
How to score boolean (true & false) or checkbox values
Boolean or True/False value scoring will score according to the boolean values. Here you will have three outcomes high, medium and low
And for each outcome you may select either of
- True - if checkbox is checked
- False - if checkbox is unchecked
- Empty - if value is empty
- Anything else - a default / fall-back option
