Creating first scoring table w. HubSpot

How to create your first scoring model with HubSpot

Before you can start

First of all you have to give RevOS access to your HubSpot CRM. Please read the detailed instructions in Hubspot connection tutorial.

1. Create a table using your HubSpot companies data

Go to the Tables section and click on Create New Table button. Give your new scoring table a meaningful name. Don’t worry, you can rename it later, if you need.

💡

Please note: The entities you see are pre-made for HubSpot and are designed to be used together to build a semantic model. They are already connected and include basic measures. You can find all the details in the HubSpot semantic model article.

If you want to create a table from a different source, please read the article on how to set up a semantic model in RevOS.

3. Prepare data for scoring

You can add additional columns by clicking the Plus icon which is shown at a last column in the table. This data will be stored in the RevOS platform.

4. Filter your data (optional)

If want to score only some data objects, it is possible to filter the list.

7. Check your scores in HubSpot

Now everything is set up to view your scores in HubSpot. View one of your scored companies in HubSpot. The RevOS CRM card should appear on the right showing the scoring result for this company (Total score and scores for each group).

8. Score changes (Activities timeline)

You can view score changes in HubSpot as Activities. This is disabled by default, so you need to enable it first by clicking on Filter activity and enabling RevOS under Integrations section.
