How to set up Freshdesk integration.
Set up the Freshdesk connector
To integrate Freshdesk with your system, follow the steps below to configure the connector properly.
To successfully add the Freshdesk integration, fill in the required fields as shown in the screenshot above:
- API Key: Enter your Freshdesk API Key.
- Domain: Enter your Freshdesk Domain.
Additionally, you can specify the following optional fields:
- Requests per minute: Enter the number of requests per minute that this source is allowed to use. The Freshdesk rate limit is 50 requests per minute per app per account.
- Start Date: Enter the date in the YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mmformat. Only data added on and after this date will be replicated.
- Lookback Window: Specify the number of days back from the current stream state to re-read data for the Satisfaction Ratings stream. This helps capture updates made to existing ratings after their initial creation. The default lookback window is set to 14 days.
