Action Scheduling Setup Guide
How to make sure the action columns are automatically executed based on the time interval, for example every day or every few hours. This is useful if you want to keep the data consistent across multiple systems.
You can schedule automatic execution of actions directly from your data tables.
This feature allows you to define how often an action should run for all rows in the table.
𧩠Prerequisites
Before scheduling an action, make sure that:
- A table has already been created.
- The table contains a column with a configured action.
- All required integrations (credentials) are connected.
- The data mapping for the action is fully configured.
Only after these steps the scheduling option becomes available.
πͺ How to Set Up Action Scheduling
- Open the table that contains the action column you want to schedule.
- Click the title of the column that contains your action.
- From the dropdown menu, select Configure Action.
- A drawer will open with the Data Mapping tab active.
- Switch to the Schedule tab.
- Enable the Enable Schedule toggle.
- In the dropdown Run Interval, choose how often the action should run.
- Click Save Schedule.

β What Happens Next
Once scheduling is enabled, the selected action will automatically run for all rows in the table according to the defined interval.
