CRM cards & custom events

How the RevOS HubSpot app surfaces customer health score changes via CRM cards, custom events, and custom fields on Companies, Contacts, and Deals.

CRM Cards

After installation of the RevOS HubSpot application you can turn on the CRM card so it appears on scored records.

How to enable the CRM card

1. Click the gear icon (βš™οΈ) in the top navigation to open Settings.

2. In the left sidebar, go to Integrations β†’ Connected Apps.

3. Find the RevOS app in the list and click on it to open its details page.

4. Switch to the Settings tab, then select App Cards in the left sidebar.

5. Click Manage locations.

6. Under Record Page, check the box for the views where you want the card to appear (e.g. Default view), then click Save.

7. That's it β€” the card is now enabled.

To see it simply navigate to the object where at least one score is configured (it can be Company, Contact or Deal) and you will see it on the right side of the screen.

Custom Events

After installation of RevOS HubSpot application your scored objects will automatically receive a custom events about score changes:

Custom events are hidden by default, to see them please change the filter settings in the Activities view of the target object (e.g. Company, Contact or Deal)

Please note that custom events are pushed to HubSpot only once a day (7am Central European Time). This is done to avoid producing too many custom events in case of table modification, only last value (in case it is changed last 24 hours) will be pushed to HubSpot as custom event

Custom Fields

You can also write back the results of the scoring to a custom field on your scored objects (e.g. Company, Contact or Deal) using the Create or Update Object in HubSpot action.
