Pendo

Extract and analyze user behavior insights from Pendo by integrating it with RevOS

Overview

The RevOS Pendo Connector allows seamless integration between Pendo and RevOS, enabling teams to extract user behavior data, product analytics, and customer feedback for further analysis. This connector facilitates data synchronization through API-based extraction.

Prerequisites

Before setting up the connector, ensure you have:

A Pendo Account with API access.

A Pendo API Key with the necessary permissions.

Setting Up the Pendo Connector in RevOS

Step 1: Generate an API Key in Pendo

Log in to your Pendo account.

Navigate to Settings > Integrations > API Keys.

Click Generate API Key.

Assign appropriate permissions to the key based on the data you want to extract.

Copy the generated API key for use in RevOS.

Step 2: Configure the Connector in RevOS

In RevOS, go Integration.

Select Pendo as the data source.

Enter a descriptive name for the connection.

Paste the API Key obtained from Pendo.

Click Connect to establish the connection.
