Set Up Your HubSpot Integration
Follow this step-by-step guide to connect your HubSpot workspace using OAuth or Private App credentials. Includes configuration tips and optional features to tailor your integration.
Set up the HubSpot connector
Before adding the integration, you need to set up HubSpot. You have two options for setting up HubSpot:
- OAuth (Recommended): We highly recommend using OAuth instead of Private App authentication, as it significantly simplifies the setup process.
- Private App: If you are using a Private App, you will need to use your Access Token to set up the connector. Please refer to the official HubSpot documentation to learn how to obtain the access token.
Once you have set up HubSpot, you can proceed with adding the integration.
If you choose OAuth as your authentication method, you will need to authorize by selecting OAuth and entering your Client ID, Client Secret, and Refresh Token.

If you choose to authenticate using a Private App, select Private App and enter the Access Token for your HubSpot account.

Next, you can configure several optional fields and features.

Optionally, you can set the Start Date. Use the provided datepicker or enter the date in the following format: yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ssZ
. Data added on and after this date will be replicated. If this is not set, "2006-06-01T00:00:00Z" (the date HubSpot was created) will be used as the start date.
You can also enable Web Analytics streams as an experimental feature. Note that these streams use a HubSpot API that is currently in beta and may be modified or unstable as the API continues to develop.
Replicated Objects
After the first run a default list of objects (that is part of the Basic Integration and Templates in Startup plan) that will become available in RevOS, you can see the full list here:
If for your analysis you require additional data such as for example:
- Form submissions
- Goal settings
- E-Commerce and line items data
- Property history
These are available as part of our Advanced Integration Templates feature in the Growth pricing plan. To see them you need to give RevOS app in HubSpot additional read permissions associated with the required objects. Please donβt hesitate to reach out to support (e.g. via chat) or schedule your on-boarding call, we will guide you though this process.
